28 September–4 October 2026: daytime 10:00–18:30 Monday to Saturday. Overnight: Monday 22:00–07:30, Tuesday–Friday 22:30–07:30, Saturday and Sunday 21:30–07:30. From 5 October to 8 November and 7 December 2026 to 31 July 2027, daytime departures run Tuesday–Friday; Friday night arrivals change to 08:00, with other overnight times unchanged. For 9 November–6 December, daytime departures run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with the same overnight pattern. Every overnight sailing arrives the following day. Times are local to Italy. On the overnight sailings of 24 October 2026 and 27 March 2027, the clock change affects elapsed time compared with simple subtraction of local times. Holiday changes are possible; select a date for available sailings.

Taking a vehicle
Search spaces for a car, motorcycle, van or camper on this route. Enter actual dimensions, including attachments where requested. With a vehicle on Grimaldi, report in the boarding area no later than 2 hours before departure.
Cabins and rest on board
For overnight travel to Olbia, choose a cabin with permitted capacity for every passenger. Grimaldi offers inside cabins with 2, 3 or 4 beds and a private bathroom depending on the ship. Check the specific types and availability when selecting a sailing.
Travelling with pets
Add your pet to the Olbia ticket. To keep it with you in a cabin, confirm Pet in Cabin together with suitable cabin accommodation. The service has limited availability; check operator documentation requirements before travelling.
Fast check-in and reporting time
Show your ticket directly to Grimaldi staff in Livorno’s boarding area. Report no later than 1 hour before departure without a vehicle or 2 hours with a vehicle. For the 10:00 sailing, this means by 09:00 or 08:00 respectively. Without a car, arrange transport to the terminal: the Darsena Toscana access road is not for pedestrians.
