These technologies help the website and booking flow function properly, remain secure, maintain basic settings and, where you have given consent, allow us to analyze website usage and measure advertising campaigns.

FERRYONE uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
2.1. Essential cookies and storage
These cookies and storage items are necessary for the proper operation, security and basic functionality of the website and cannot be disabled through the cookie banner.

- authentication and sign in;
- CSRF, abuse and fraud protection;
- storing your cookie consent choice;
- language preferences where necessary for normal use of the website;
- local/session storage required for navigation and booking flow;
- booking flow state;
- checkout flow;
- payment flow;
- technically necessary functions for payment through DSK Bank AD or Stripe;
- basic site operation.
Payment may take place in an embedded component provided by the payment provider or through redirection to its secure environment. Stripe’s payment component loads when you select Stripe at the payment step. Its loading does not depend on whether you have accepted or rejected the optional analytics and advertising categories.
Technologies strictly necessary for the payment you expressly request, its security and authentication are not disabled by rejecting analytics or advertising. This exception applies only to necessary purposes, not to all technologies used by a provider. Optional analytics or advertising purposes remain subject to the consent requirements described below. Some necessary functions activate only when you use them, for example when selecting a payment provider.
2.2. Analytics cookies
We may use analytics tools to collect aggregated or anonymized information about website usage in order to improve our services, performance, stability and user experience.
Analytics tools are loaded only after explicit user consent.
If an analytics tool is also used for advertising measurement, conversion tracking, remarketing or sending advertising events, it is activated only where consent has also been given for Advertising & Measurement.
2.3. Advertising & Measurement
We may use advertising and measurement technologies provided by third parties, such as Google and Meta/Facebook, for:
- Google Ads conversion tracking;
- Meta Pixel;
- remarketing;
- measuring advertising campaign performance;
- advertising performance measurement;
- conversion events;
- audiences and advertising personalization, where applicable.
These technologies are used only after explicit user consent.
Without consent for this category, we do not load advertising pixels, advertising SDKs, remarketing technologies or advertising identifiers for these purposes.
3) Third-party services
FERRYONE uses third-party services that may place cookies, storage items or identifiers where necessary for the respective functionality or where you have given consent.
Such providers may include:
- DSK Bank AD (VPOS) – card payment processing in a secure payment environment;
- Stripe – embedded payment component, payment processing and authentication, and fraud prevention. Details of Stripe’s technologies and their durations are available in the Stripe Cookies Policy, and information about personal data is available in the Stripe Privacy Policy;
- Google – Sign-In and, with consent, analytics, advertising and measurement tools;
- Meta (Facebook) – Sign-In and, with consent, advertising and measurement tools;
- Apple – Sign in with Apple, where available;
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) – server infrastructure and basic technical operation of the Platform;
- support, email, security, monitoring or other technical service providers, where necessary for the operation of the Platform.
These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms and applicable contractual/legal roles.

Optional categories are not activated before you give consent.
Rejecting optional cookies does not stop the payment component you select or the necessary payment functions described in section 2.1 from loading.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that restricting or deleting certain essential cookies/technologies may affect the basic functionality of the website, including sign in, booking flow, checkout or payment flow.
