TERMS OF USE

for the website www.ferryone.com and the FERRYONE mobile application

Effective date: 23.06.2026
Last updated: 23.06.2026

1) Who we are

1.1. The website www.ferryone.com and the FERRYONE mobile application (together, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by “FERRYONE” OOD (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “FERRYONE”), UIC 208212295, with registered office and address of management: Sofia, Izgrev District, 13B “Tintyava” St., apt. ground floor, Value Added Tax registration No. BG208212295.
1.2. The Company is registered as a travel agent in the Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents, part of the National Tourism Register of the Republic of Bulgaria – Registration Certificate No. RK-01-8584, issued on 30.05.2025.
1.3. What we do. FERRYONE provides an online platform for searching, comparing, booking, paying for and servicing ferry tickets and related passenger services provided by third parties – ferry operators, carriers, insurance partners, technical/API/GDS providers, booking systems, distribution partners and other providers (“Suppliers”). FERRYONE is not a ferry carrier and does not independently provide sea or ferry transport. The actual transport service is performed by the relevant ferry operator/carrier.
1.4. Contact details: website www.ferryone.com; electronic communications via the contact/support form on the site or at support@ferryone.com.

2) Scope and acceptance

2.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Platform and our intermediation in searching, booking, paying for, issuing and servicing ferry tickets and related services from Suppliers.
2.2. Each Booking may also be subject to the terms of the relevant ferry operator/carrier, fare rules, change, cancellation, no-show, refund, boarding, baggage, vehicle carriage, pet carriage, special assistance and other specific terms (“Operator Terms”). In case of conflict between these Terms and the Operator Terms regarding the actual transport, boarding, changes, cancellations, no-show, delays, denied boarding, passenger rights and refunds, the Operator Terms prevail, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
2.3. By using the Platform, creating an account, or clicking “Pay and book,” “Pay now” or another equivalent button involving an obligation to pay, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, the applicable Operator Terms and the change, cancellation and refund rules shown before payment. If you do not agree — do not use the Platform.
2.4. Before final payment you may be required to confirm through separate non-pre-ticked checkboxes that you accept FERRYONE’s Terms, the Operator Terms, the change/cancellation/refund rules and that the data entered for passengers, contact person, vehicle, pets and additional services is true, complete and up to date.
2.5. FERRYONE may keep technical logs of acceptance of terms, including date and time, terms version, displayed links, booking reference, user/session identifier, IP address and device, where necessary to evidence acceptance, protect rights, ensure security and comply with legal obligations.

3) Definitions

  • User (“you”) / Customer — an individual aged 18+, using the Platform as a visitor, guest or registered user.
  • Passenger — the person for whom a ticket/travel document is searched, booked or issued.
  • Contact person — the person whose email and/or phone is used for communications regarding a specific Booking. The contact person may be different from the account holder or from an individual passenger.
  • Supplier — a ferry operator, carrier, insurance partner, technical/API/GDS provider, booking system, distribution partner or other third party that provides, facilitates or technically processes the relevant service.
  • Ferry operator / Carrier — the company that actually performs the ferry transport and determines the conditions of carriage, schedules, routes, boarding, fares, changes, cancellations, refunds and passenger rights.
  • Booking system / API / GDS provider — an external technical system or provider through which FERRYONE obtains access to schedules, prices, availability, rules, bookings, ticket issuance, changes, cancellations or queries.
  • Booking — a request to purchase a Supplier’s service through the Platform.
  • Booking code — a code through which booking information may be accessed where such functionality is available. It is not a standalone travel document unless the Supplier expressly recognizes it as such.
  • Ticket/Travel document — an electronic ticket, e-ticket, PTA, voucher, booking reference, PDF ticket or other document/reference issued or confirmed by the relevant Supplier and granting travel rights according to the operator’s rules.
  • Operator Terms — the conditions of carriage, fare rules, change, cancellation, no-show, refund, boarding, baggage, vehicle carriage, pet carriage, special assistance and other terms of the relevant operator/Supplier.
  • FERRYONE service fee — a separate FERRYONE fee for using the Platform, processing the Booking, communication, support and/or other services related to the booking process.
  • Additional service — insurance, support service, assistance service, cabin/seat/extras, SMS/email service, premium support or another add-on, if offered and selected by the customer.

4) What FERRYONE does

4.1. Search and comparison. We display available ferry routes, schedules, starting prices, indicative times, fares, seats, cabin/seat options, vehicle/pet options and other data based on information from ferry operators, booking systems, API/GDS providers and other partners. We use reasonable care for timeliness, but we do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of information originating from third parties.
4.2. Booking via FERRYONE. For selected Suppliers we enable an online request, payment, confirmation, issuance and delivery of a ticket, e-ticket, PTA, voucher, booking reference or other travel document. The contract for transport/service is concluded between you and the relevant ferry operator/Supplier, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.3. External systems. For access to prices, availability, rules, bookings, tickets, changes, cancellations and refunds FERRYONE may use external booking systems, APIs, GDS, back-office tools or distribution partners. Some requests may require manual handling or confirmation by an operator/system.
4.4. Redirects. In some cases we may redirect you to a website, payment environment, booking system or page of a Supplier/partner to complete the purchase, payment or identification. In that case, the terms, policies and technical rules of the relevant provider may also apply.
4.5. Not a “package.” Combining separate tickets or services through the Platform does not constitute a “package” or “linked travel arrangements” within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302, as transposed in the Tourism Act, unless expressly stated otherwise and the legal conditions are met. Each ticket/service is sold separately, and the risk of connections between separate segments lies with the User. If, in exceptional cases, a package/linked arrangement scenario arises, we will provide the standard information form before purchase.
4.6. Ranking transparency. Results can be sorted by price, duration, times, operator, route, availability, service type and other criteria. We do not offer paid “boosting” of specific ferry operators as hidden advertising. We may receive a commission or remuneration only upon an actual Booking or under an agreement with a Supplier.
4.7. App stores. Apple App Store and Google Play are not parties to the booking, transport, payment or additional service contract; they only provide access to the mobile application.

5) Registration and accounts

5.1. Registration is available only to adults. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information you enter.
5.2. Keep your access data confidential. You are responsible for actions from your account until you notify us of a compromise.
5.3. We may restrict/terminate access, refuse a Booking, block functionality or require additional verification upon reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud, sanctions violations, system circumvention, scraping, unauthorized access to another person’s Booking, mass requests, technical risk or threats to staff.
5.4. Account details and Booking contact details. Your account data (“Account details”) is separate from the contact data for a specific Booking (“Booking contact details”). Changes to your account do not automatically change already made Bookings, because each Booking keeps its own snapshot of the data submitted at purchase.
5.5. Access to My bookings. A Booking may appear in “My bookings” if you are the user who made the Booking or if you are listed as the contact person for the Booking. A guest Booking may be linked to an account where the booking email address matches a verified account email address, if such functionality is available.
5.6. Limited guest access. Access via booking code or guest view may be limited. Full actions such as ticket download/resend, change, cancellation, refund request or booking management may be available only to the user who made the Booking or to the contact person, where the functionality is available. Saved contacts, passengers or vehicles do not automatically grant access to other people’s Bookings.

6) Booking process and contract

6.1. The booking process usually includes selecting a route, date, time, passengers, age categories, vehicle, pet, cabin/seat/extras, entering passenger details, booking contact details, accepting the terms, payment via a payment provider and confirmation by the ferry operator or booking system.
6.2. By clicking “Pay and book,” “Pay now” or another equivalent button involving an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to purchase a Supplier’s service and confirm that you wish to make payment.
6.3. Booking confirmation. The Booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by the relevant ferry operator, booking system or Supplier. Payment alone does not always mean that the ticket has been issued.
6.4. Pending confirmation. It is possible for the payment to be successful, but for the Booking to remain in “pending confirmation,” “manual review” or an equivalent status until the operator/system confirms availability, price, rules and ticket issuance. In that case we will notify you via the email provided or another available channel.
6.5. Failed confirmation. If after successful payment the Booking cannot be confirmed by the operator/system, FERRYONE will take action to reverse, release or refund the amount according to the applicable payment process.
6.6. Document check. You are required to promptly review the confirmation, booking details, ticket, voucher, e-ticket, PTA, booking reference and all attached documents and notify us of errors without undue delay.
6.7. Electronic tickets and documents. After successful confirmation you may receive a ticket, e-ticket, PTA, voucher, booking reference, PDF document, download link, online check-in instructions or instructions for receiving/exchanging a document at a port, counter, kiosk or operator office. On some routes the operator may require additional verification or voucher exchange before departure.
6.8. Email and booking code. Confirmations, tickets, instructions and other messages are sent to the booking contact email. You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address and for keeping the booking code. FERRYONE is not liable for delays, omissions or inability to receive documents due to an incorrectly entered email, full mailbox, spam filter or technical issue outside our control.
6.9. Invoices and financial documents. The invoice or financial document for the ferry ticket may be issued by the relevant operator/Supplier where it is the ticket issuer or provider of the transport. If FERRYONE charges a separate service fee or another own service, FERRYONE may issue a separate financial document for that fee, where applicable.
6.10. Pre-contract information. Before payment we display the main characteristics of the service, the operator/carrier or at least its identification, route, date/time, ports, passengers, vehicle, cabin/seat/extras, price, fees, FERRYONE service fee, additional services, total final price, change/cancellation/refund rules and links to the applicable terms, insofar as this information is provided by the relevant Supplier.

7) Prices, currency, and fees

7.1. Ticket prices, availability, schedules, fares, taxes, port fees, environmental/fuel/other operator charges, cabin/seat/extras, vehicle/pet options and other elements are determined by the relevant ferry operator/Supplier and may be dynamic. Prices shown earlier in the search process may be starting or indicative prices. The final price is displayed before payment.
7.2. For our intermediation services we may charge a separate FERRYONE fee (e.g., “Service/Booking Fee”), which is shown clearly before payment. This fee is separate from the ticket price determined by the operator and may cover use of the Platform, processing of the Booking, communication, technical support and servicing. Unless mandatory law, Operator Terms or an expressly displayed condition provides otherwise, this fee may be non-refundable after successful processing of the Booking.
7.3. Supported currency: EUR. For currency conversion (if applicable), the base rates of the payment provider and/or your bank’s fees apply.
7.4. Payment surcharges (surcharging). We do not charge additional fees for the use of consumer debit/credit cards where prohibited by applicable EU law. A fee is possible only for business/corporate cards, if and to the extent permitted by law, and it will be shown in advance.
7.5. Obvious error. In the event of an obvious error in price, description, availability, route, fee, date, time or other material information (e.g., a zero/disproportionately low price due to a technical fault, API/GDS error or operator system error), we reserve the right to cancel the request/Booking, not issue a ticket and/or reverse the payment, notifying you without undue delay.
7.6. Price changes. The price may change due to an incorrectly selected age category, incorrect passenger details, incorrect vehicle category, change in seat/cabin/extras, operator fare rules, change in availability or technical/operator reason. If additional payment or a change is required before final confirmation, you will be notified where applicable.

8) Payment

8.1. Payment by debit/credit card is made via VPOS.
8.2. Accepted cards: debit, credit and business cards Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
8.3. Transactions are carried out through the security programs MasterCard Identity Check and Visa Secure, as well as other applicable strong customer authentication measures where applicable.
8.4. We do not store full bank card data used for payments through the website and we do not store CVV/CVC codes. Card data is entered in the secure payment environment of the payment provider. FERRYONE may receive payment status, transaction identifier, amount, date/time, payment attempt status and other limited technical information necessary for processing, evidence and accounting of the payment.
8.5. If a refund is required for an amount paid by card, it is refunded to the same card, unless applicable law or the payment process requires otherwise.
8.6. If ticket issuance fails after successful payment (e.g., technical reason, operator/system refusal, lack of availability, price change or manual review), the transaction may be reversed and we will initiate a refund within 1 business day after establishing that the Booking cannot be confirmed; the actual crediting depends on your bank and the payment process.
8.7. If the bank or payment provider declines the payment, the Booking is not confirmed, no ticket is issued and functionalities such as ticket download/resend may not be available. You may try again where the Platform allows this.
8.8. FERRYONE may first collect or authorize payment and then send a confirmation request to the relevant operator/booking system. A status of “paid but not confirmed” means that payment has been received or authorized, but the operator/system has not yet confirmed the Booking.
8.9. In case of a payment dispute/chargeback we reserve the right to present evidence of the service performed, Booking made, documents issued, terms displayed, acceptance logs, payment logs and communications with you.

9) Changes, cancellations, and refunds

9.1. Supplier rules prevail. The ability to change, cancel, reissue, refund, deadlines, penalties, fees, fare difference and no-show consequences are determined by the relevant ferry operator/Supplier, fare class, availability, time before departure, technical capability of the booking system and applicable law.
9.2. Handling via FERRYONE (optional or where available). If you want us to assist with a change, cancellation or refund, we may process the request via the Platform, customer support, operator or booking system. Submitting a request does not mean that it has been accepted or completed.
9.3. Submitting to us on time. To enable effective assistance, send your request as early as possible and no later than 48 hours before departure, unless the Operator Terms require a longer period. For shorter periods, you may need to contact the operator or port/boarding channel directly.
9.4. No show (Non appearance). Failure to appear on time for check-in/boarding, late arrival, lack of valid documents, incorrect data, lack of vehicle/pet documents or failure to follow the operator’s instructions may generally be treated as no-show or cancellation without refund, according to the operator’s terms.
9.5. Right of withdrawal (consumers). Because ferry tickets and related passenger services are usually issued for a specific date, route, time or travel period, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts may not apply or may be excluded under applicable law. Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Operator Terms, fare rules and mandatory passenger rights, where applicable.
9.6. Refund method and timing. If the operator/Supplier approves a refund, we process it after confirmation by the relevant operator/system and after internal review. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. The actual crediting depends on the bank/payment provider.
9.7. Refund components. A refund may be full, partial or not due, according to the Operator Terms. Refund of a ticket price does not automatically mean refund of the FERRYONE service fee, insurance premium, payment fee, add-ons, support services or other additional services, unless the applicable terms or mandatory law provide otherwise.
9.8. Supplier initiated changes. In case of changes, delays, denied boarding or cancellation decided by the operator/Supplier, we will pass on its notices/options where received, including rebooking, re-routing, refund, compensation or assistance, if applicable. FERRYONE does not control the operator’s operational decisions, schedule, vessel, port decisions, weather conditions or decisions of authorities.
9.9. Passenger rights. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory passenger rights under applicable law, including rules for passengers travelling by sea and inland waterways, where applicable. For claims for compensation, assistance, re-routing, reimbursement or complaints related to the actual transport, the primarily responsible party is the relevant operator/carrier, and FERRYONE may assist with communications.
9.10. Customer initiated changes. Requests to change date, time, route, passenger, contact details, vehicle, cabin/seat, pet or extras are processed only if the relevant operator and fare rules allow this. A change may require additional payment, fare difference, operator fee, FERRYONE service fee or a new Booking. A new or changed ticket is issued only after operator/system confirmation and successful payment of any amounts due.
9.11. Manual processing. Some changes, cancellations or refund requests may not be available as automatic self-service functionality and may require manual handling by FERRYONE, the operator, the booking system or another Supplier.
9.12. Ticket invalidity upon cancellation. In cancellation_pending status the ticket may not yet be finally invalid according to the operator’s process. Upon confirmed cancellation or cancelled status the ticket is no longer valid for travel, unless the operator expressly provides otherwise.

10) Combined/connected trips

10.1. When you buy multiple tickets or services (even in one cart), they may be separate contracts with different Suppliers. Delay, change or cancellation of one segment does not automatically create rights with respect to other segments, unless mandatory law or an express condition provides otherwise.
10.2. We recommend allowing adequate buffers between separate sailings, segments, ports, transport services, check-in times and connections. The risk of insufficient time for a connection between separate tickets lies with the User.

11) Travel documents and requirements

11.1. You are fully responsible for holding valid travel documents and complying with immigration, health, visa, customs, port, operator and other requirements.
11.2. For travel with children/minors, additional documents may be required (consents, certificates, declarations, parental rights documents, etc.).
11.3. Passenger details. You are responsible for correctly entering names as shown in the document, date of birth, age category, nationality/citizenship, document type, document number, expiry date, gender, place/country of birth and other data where required by the operator or law. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to denied boarding, price recalculation, change fees, cancellation or inability to travel.
11.4. Age categories. Age may be calculated as of the date of travel. If the entered date of birth does not match the selected category, the price may be recalculated and the Booking may be blocked until correction or operator confirmation.
11.5. Vehicles. If you book with a car/vehicle, you are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle category and entering accurate data for make, model, registration number, dimensions, height, length, roof box, bike rack, trailer, external equipment and other relevant characteristics. An incorrect category or data may result in additional payment, denied boarding, change or cancellation by the operator.
11.6. Pets. Pet rules depend on the operator, route, vessel and availability. There may be restrictions, cabin/kennel requirements, documents, vaccinations, fees or bans for certain animals. You are responsible for documents and compliance with the rules.
11.7. Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility / special assistance. If a passenger needs special assistance, you should notify FERRYONE as early as possible before travel and provide the necessary information. FERRYONE will pass the request to the relevant operator/Supplier, but the provision of assistance depends on safety rules, availability, infrastructure, notification deadlines and the procedures of the operator/port. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights of disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility under applicable law.

12) Additional paid services from FERRYONE (optional)

12.1. FERRYONE may offer additional paid services, where available, such as support services, assistance services, notifications, priority support, additional booking options, cabin/seat/extras, insurance or other add-ons. Such services are not pre-selected and are added only by your express action where required by law.
12.2. Insurance. If insurance is offered and selected, it is a separate product provided by the relevant insurance or partner provider. Insurance is not part of the ferry ticket price and is subject to separate terms for coverage, exclusions, withdrawal, cancellation, claims and refunds.
12.3. Cabin/seat/extras. Seats, cabins, meals, drinks, Wi-Fi, pet options, vehicle options and other extras depend on operator availability and rules. A cabin may be a booking-level product and not a guarantee of a specific allocation between individual passengers, unless the operator states otherwise.
12.4. Non-refundability. Additional services, service fees, insurance premiums and add-ons may have separate cancellation and refund rules. Refund of a ferry ticket does not automatically mean refund of additional services, unless the applicable terms or law provide otherwise.

13) Intellectual property rights

13.1. All rights in the Platform (software, design, trademarks, databases, texts, images, interfaces, logic, functionalities and content) belong to the Company and/or its licensors.
13.2. The FerryOne mark is an EU trademark (EUTM No. 019150598, registration date 21.08.2025), administered by the EUIPO. We use the mark in accordance with applicable rights.
13.3. All trademarks, trade names, logos and names of operators, Suppliers or partners displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the relevant service, route, ticket, operator or Supplier.
13.4. Copying, reverse engineering, automated data extraction (scraping), data mining, bots, automated queries, copying schedules/prices/availability, resale of data, providing access to third parties, building a competing database, unauthorized use of trademarks or circumventing technical limitations are prohibited.

14) Prohibited actions

Prohibited: (i) fraudulent payments; (ii) chargeback fraud; (iii) deceptive or malicious actions; (iv) posting or sending unlawful/infringing content; (v) interfering with system security/load; (vi) circumventing technical limitations; (vii) searching, accessing or attempting to access another person’s Booking without right; (viii) using a booking code without right; (ix) abusing resend, cancellation, refund, support or contact functionalities; (x) entering false data; (xi) scraping, bots, automated queries, data mining, API resale, widgets/direct links/embedding without permission; (xii) providing access to the Platform or external systems to third parties without written consent.

15) Liability and disclaimers

15.1. The Platform is provided “as is,” with reasonable measures for availability and security. Temporary interruptions are possible due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, external systems, payment providers, API/GDS, operator systems, network problems or other factors.
15.2. As a platform and intermediary, FERRYONE is not liable for availability, performance, delays, canceled sailings, schedule changes, denied boarding, baggage, safety, onboard services, port authority decisions, weather/force majeure, operational decisions, operator rules or other aspects of the transport service that are under the control of the relevant operator/Supplier.
15.3. FERRYONE is not liable for consequences of incorrect, incomplete or outdated data provided by the customer; lack of documents; late arrival for check-in/boarding; incorrectly selected vehicle category; failure to comply with operator rules; payment provider refusal; technical problems of external systems; or inability to issue a ticket due to operator/system reasons, except in case of proven fault of FERRYONE.
15.4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for direct damages is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the mandatory rights of consumers and passengers.

16) Force majeure

A party is not liable for delay/non performance due to an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, bad weather, wars, strikes, regulatory bans, epidemics, decisions of authorities, port restrictions, technical failures, failures of third-party infrastructure, interruptions of payment/booking/API/GDS systems or other unforeseeable events. Obligations resume when the event ceases; the party will use reasonable efforts to notify and minimize the effect.

17) Governing law

All matters related to the Services and these Terms, as well as all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non contractual disputes), are governed and interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
17.1. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence, where permitted by EU law.

18) Dispute resolution

18.1. Amicable settlement. In the event of a dispute, the party wishing to bring a claim shall send written notice to the other party. Within 30 days the parties shall make reasonable efforts for good faith settlement.
18.2. Competent court; ADR; individual handling. If the dispute is not resolved under § 18.1, it shall be submitted to the competent Bulgarian court. Without prejudice to your right to go to court, a consumer may use out of court resolution via the conciliation committees of the Consumer Protection Commission. Use of ADR is voluntary and not a precondition for filing a claim. Claims are brought and handled individually, and not by consolidating multiple individual claims, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18.3. Complaints. You may submit a complaint to FERRYONE through the indicated contact channels. If the complaint concerns the actual travel, actions of the operator, boarding, delay, cancellation, onboard service, baggage, passenger rights, refund or another matter under the control of the operator/Supplier, FERRYONE may forward it to the relevant operator, booking system or Supplier where necessary for its handling.
18.4. Complaint information. When submitting a complaint, you should provide the booking code/reference, ticket, passenger name, travel date, description of the case and applicable documents/evidence. Delayed or incomplete provision of information may make handling more difficult or delayed.

19) Accessibility

We strive to make the Platform accessible to all users. Suggestions and reports: support@ferryone.com. If you need special assistance in connection with a specific trip, you should submit the request as early as possible before departure so that we can forward it to the relevant operator/Supplier.

20) Data protection and cookies

20.1. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, published on the Platform.
20.2. Priority of Policies. On matters of personal data processing, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy prevail over these Terms.
20.3. Data to Suppliers. You understand and accept that the necessary data for booking, ticketing, payment, change, cancellation, refund, support, complaint, special assistance, passenger rights or performance of travel may be transferred to the relevant operator, booking system, API/GDS provider, payment provider, insurance partner or other Supplier where necessary for the relevant service.

21) Changes to the Terms

We may change the Terms prospectively by publishing an updated version on the Platform with the “Last updated” date. Continued use after publication of an updated version signifies acceptance of the changes for future use and future Bookings. Changes do not affect already concluded contracts, unless the law, Operator Terms or the nature of the change requires otherwise.

22) Electronic statements

You agree to receive messages, confirmations, documents, tickets, vouchers, booking references, notices, refund/change/cancellation updates and other notifications electronically at the booking contact email you provide and/or through your account, if available. System logs, acceptance logs, payment logs, booking logs, email delivery logs and electronic correspondence may serve as evidence of actions performed, terms displayed, terms accepted, Booking made, payment, ticket sent or customer support communication.

23) Assignment

We may assign rights/obligations under the Terms within a group of companies, in case of corporate reorganization, transformation, transfer of business, change of provider or succession, provided this does not worsen consumer rights. You may not assign rights or obligations under a Booking, ticket or account without the consent of FERRYONE and/or the relevant operator, unless applicable law or the Operator Terms provide otherwise.

24) Severability and no waiver

The nullity, invalidity or unenforceability of an individual clause does not affect the validity of the rest. Failure or delay by FERRYONE to exercise a right is not considered a waiver of it.

25) Language and priority

The Terms are in Bulgarian and may be available in other languages. In case of interpretive differences, the Bulgarian version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Operator Terms may be available in the language provided by the relevant operator/Supplier.
